There are opportunities to welcome families, help them with check in and even assist new families as they experience The Springs for the very first time. Our WIN is when every guest feels welcomed and valued!
Come make a difference in the life of a family by caring for these little ones while their parents attend a service. Parents will have a huge impact on their children’s understanding of God and you will have a part in making that possible. Our WIN is when a baby feels loved and comforted.
Our small group leaders have the MOST fun in the Wonder Clubhouse! As a small group leader, you get to help our kids understand that Jesus wants to be their friend forever while singing, dancing, and doing fun crafts! Our WIN is when a child feels safe, had fun and can share the Bible story they heard that day.
We love our small group leaders! While serving as a small group leader, you have the opportunity to connect with the kids through games and discussion. Experience KidWorship and the Bible being taught creatively with your small group which we like to call “your few!” Our WIN happens when kids have built friendships, are asking questions about God and have had so much fun they can’t wait to return next Sunday!
Do you have a hard time keeping still during worship? Then kidworship is THE place for you! As part of the kidworship team, you will help facilitate a pre-service practice and lead our kids in fun dances that glorify God all while getting the wiggles out! Our WIN happens when kids show up early to practice, can’t wait to help lead on stage and have an amazing time praising God through motion, laughter and high energy!
