In 2021, Church @ The Springs sensed God calling us to take a bold step of faith—to reach people in the growing community of Middleton, just south of The Villages. That vision led to the purchase of 10 acres at the heart of Middleton—a neighborhood built for families and filled with opportunity.
For more than 30 years, The Springs has trusted God to lead us into new communities and change lives through bold faith. Middleton is the next frontier—a place where families will find community and hope, and faith will grow for generations to come.
Bold is more than a campaign—it’s a calling to build a lasting home for ministry in a growing community. Middleton isn’t just another campus; it’s the next chapter in God’s story—a movement that will reach generations.
Since launching in 2024:
Through Uncharted, we raised $3 million—with $1.9 million already given toward Phase 1 site work and construction.
Now through Bold, we’re trusting God to provide an additional $2 million—fueling the vision of a permanent home in Middleton where faith will grow and lives will be changed for years to come.

What Is a QCD?
A Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) allows anyone age 70½ or older to give directly from their IRA to a church or charity—without paying income tax on that amount.
It’s one of the most tax-efficient ways to give.
